How Kabinet works

Play free, forever. Every cabinet gives you free games with no signup and no catch, and every one of them is ranked.

A token buys another play once your free games are spent — never a better place on the board. Tokens are testnet play-money for now: buy them with a card or crypto, and they stay in the arcade — a token never turns back into money.

Every cabinet keeps its own board, and one board covers the whole arcade. A score on any title converts into platform points, so a comparable run is worth about the same wherever you play it — and the harder a title is to survive, the more that run is worth. It pays nothing: a rank is bragging rights.

Boards settle weekly. When a board closes, its ranking becomes that week's record and a new board opens the same moment. A board is bragging rights — it pays nothing, and there is nothing to collect.

Every seed a board score comes from is committed on Algorand before your run starts, using a Randomness Beacon + commit-reveal — so nobody, including us, can pick a seed after seeing how you'd do with it. Anyone can independently check any run's fairness on its verify page.
